Health Screening and Genetic Testing
We maintain HCM screened and PKD-clear lines. HCM, or hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, is a heart condition that can affect cats, including some purebreds. Responsible breeders screen breeding cats with a heart ultrasound to understand the health of their lines and make informed placement decisions. PKD, or polycystic kidney disease, is another condition breeders test for where relevant.
Screening the parents is an important part of responsible breeding, but it is not a guarantee about any individual kitten. We are honest about what screening can and cannot do, and we share records transparently. Any cattery that promises a guaranteed healthy kitten is overstepping what screening can deliver.
Veterinary Health Certification and Vaccination Records
Every kitten goes home with full veterinary health certification and vaccination records. This documentation covers the health checks, vaccinations, and deworming your kitten has received. We encourage you to review these records and establish care with your own veterinarian within the first week.

How Personally Accompanied Delivery to Pennsylvania Works
We do not ship kittens unattended. Instead, a team member personally accompanies your kitten door to door from our Maryland cattery to your home in Pennsylvania, and to all 50 states. The team member travels with the kitten, monitors its comfort, and hands your kitten over to you directly.
This approach keeps your kitten calm and safe throughout the journey. Whether you are in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Allentown, or Lancaster, the delivery process is the same: personal, attentive, and door to door.
